Service Manager Residential Glazing
Position: Service Manager Residential Glazing - Dublin

Our client in the Windows & Doors industry are seeking to hire an
experienced Service Manager. The business is a leader in the
installation and manufacturing of high end Glazing and Joinery
products with a progressive, quality driven vision for their company.
The Service Manager will have vast experience in the Domestic Glazing
industry with excellent scheduling and decision making skills. The
Service Manager will have a proven ability to deal directly with
suppliers, clients, technicians and Quantity Surveyors.

The Service Manager:

* Minimum 5 years&#**Apply on the website**; experience in Residential
or Commercial Glazing

* Strong IT, Planning and Cost management skills

* Passion for the industry and up to date knowledge of its current
climate

The Role:

* Central point for all Service related issues for client, company
technicians and contractors

* Planning of company service schedules for technicians and management
of technicians&#**Apply on the website**; hours worked

* Weekly meetings with company teams on servicing updates and budgets

* Work closely with parts teams and suppliers to ensure stock levels
are in line with company requirements

* Manage invoicing and Receipts alongside Accounts Department

* Deal with faulty products and recuperation of cost with suppliers
